Obituary of Lucille Dick Reynolds

North Rose/Sodus Lucille Dick Reynolds passed away Thursday November 10, 2016 at the Wayne County Nursing Home. Lucille was born July 10, 1928. She was predeceased by parents Clyde and Cynthia Dick and her husband Charles Reynolds. Lucille is survived by her daughters Patricia (Craig) Yates of Walworth and Carol (Keith) Blackall of Sodus; grandchildren Crisey (Michael) Yaeger of Gananda, Scott (Chrissy) Yates of Ontario, Douglas (Julia) Blackall of Newark, Ryan Blackall of Boston, Kyle (Lindsay) Blackall of Hamburg; 6 great-grandsons Spencer, Parker, Wyatt, Elliott, Benjamin and William, sister Shirley Burlee and many nieces and nephews. Lucille was a longtime member of the First United Presbyterian Church of Sodus and the Rebekah Lodge. She was Deputy Town Clerk in Rose and volunteered with the local Board of Elections. Lucille was a graduate of Sodus High School and she completed graduate work at Rochester Business Institute. She used her business degree and worked at Verdow Chevrolet in Sodus and later at Seelye Ladders in North Rose. Lucille enjoyed gardening, sewing/quilting and playing cards with her family and friends. There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 2 pm at the First United Presbyterian Church in Sodus. Private interment at the Sodus Rural Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions may be made to the Sodus First United Presbyterian Church or the Pines of Peace in Ontario.
