Obituary of Lillian Arlene Burkholder

Sodus: Age 86, of Sergeant Street, entered into rest on June 6th at Newark-Wayne Community Hospital. Mrs. Burkholder was a retiree of C.H. Stuart in Newark. She was predeceased by her husband Tip in 1994. She was also well known for love of and expertise in knitting.
Mrs. Burkholder is survived by her favorite niece, Linda Heffner and great-nephew Fred Heffner, both of Stewartstown, PA.; a great-niece Carol Ann Resanovich of Laurence Harbor, NJ and other nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her close friends Carolyn Seager of Ontario and Betty Ann Mastrangelo of Sodus.
There will be no calling hours. A graveside service will be held at 10:00AM Thursday at Sodus Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the United Third Methodist Church of Sodus. Arrangements by the Norton Funeral Home in Sodus.
