Sodus, NY: Passed away on Thursday, September 11, 2008, age 81. Formerly of Berkeley Heights and New Providence, Eleanor is survived by her children, Victoria Cohen of PA, Roy (Jane) Hyland of Sodus and John (Karen) Hyland of NJ; grandchildren Randal, Jodi (John), Brad, Greg and Kristen; great-grandchildren Ellie and Emmett. Eleanor was predeceased by her beloved mother Ebba and her grandson David.
Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday (9/13) from 1 - 4 p.m. from the NORTON FUNERAL HOME, 45 West Main Street, Sodus, where a prayer service will be held immediately following. On September 20th, friends are invited to the Hyland residence, at 6 Cobble Lane, Bedminster, NJ from 2 – 6 p.m. Interment will be held at Locust Wood Cemetery, Cherry Hill, NJ at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions should be directed to the Hildebrandt Hospice Care Center, 2652 Ridgeway Avenue, Rochester, NY 14626
