Wasson, Sr., John (Jack)
Jack passed away at his home on July 8, 2017 surrounded by his loving family.  Jack was predeceased by his wife Patricia, daughter Lisa Kaye, grandson Jacob Benjamin, his parents Michael and Gertrude Wasson, his brother Michael Wasson, son-in-law Gary Sergent and daughter-n-law Sally Wasson.  John (Jack) is survived by his children: Michaela Sergent, Judith (Charles) Keymel, John (Donna) Wasson, Bonny (Timothy) Bonin, Michael Wasson, Connie (Terry) Reynolds, Joseph (Debbie) Wasson, 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, his sisters Adeline Crawshaw and Margaret Lambert as well as several nieces and nephews and his beloved dog, Holly.
Jack was an Army Veteran.  He retired from Genesee Brewery after 24 years of service.  Jack was a member of the Wolcott American Legion.
Friends may call on Friday, July 14th  from 4-7 pm at the Norton Funeral Home,  45 West Main St., Sodus, NY where the funeral service will be on Saturday at 11 am.  In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in Jack’s memory be made to the Lipson Cancer and Blood Center, 1425 Portland Ave., Rochester, NY 14621.
