Carl, While helping out with the class of 71 committee group, you did not miss a beat and always eager to do what ever it took to make things happen. Your great looking 1969 camaro that you worked so long and hard to complete. We had a great time the past couple years going to the car shows together. You will be missed and thought about a lot. Rest in pease my friend. We will see you on the flip side.

Our Dad:
Carl P. Lebbert
March 17, 1953-January 22, 2013
This was my Dad’s
beginning…to the end....
Today we gather not to mourn the life of a great man,
but to speak today, and into the future of what mattered most of all
the dash between the years.
For that dash represents all the time that he spent alive on earth.
And now only those who loved him know what that little line is worth.
For what matters now are the memories we share of our Dad:
How much I have learned, over the past few days, that he was proud and he love my brother and I so much, yet he didn’t say it enough.
Even though he watched us grow for years from a distance, he was never far in our minds.
Birthdays and Christmas came and went.
Graduations.
Then, the life challenges that we faced as young adults and the subtle advise he would give.
There were great times and bad times, but with each we learned more about Dad and ourselves.
So today, as we are all here, remember your part in his dash, consider... What is most important?
Drive slow and look out the windows a lot, like Dad did.
Love More
Appreciate More
Smile More
Laugh a lot!
Because you never know when your dash will come to an End.
Dad:
We loved you yesterday, we love you today and we will love you forever.
