Obituary of David William Monica

Savannah, NY: Age 78, born 11/23/1942, a loving husband, father, and grandfather, passed peacefully on 4/15/2021 while surrounded by his family.

David is survived by his wife, Helen; his children, Michael (Jessica) Marino of Cato, NY, Helen (Troy) Sebastiano of Clyde, NY, Robert Whitton of Savannah, NY and David Jr (Lauren) of South Carolina; grandchildren, Courtney, Caitlin, Hunter (Caitlyn), Autumn, Zachary, Robbie, Mary Kate, Hailey, Mary Rose, David and Danielle; great grandchildren, Rhett, Kylah, Kyra, Kyanna, Kobe and Kane; brother, Bob (Judy) of Geneva, NY; along with numerous brother and sister in laws, nieces and nephews.

David enjoyed his years at IEC, Thomas Electronics and Rancho Upholstery. He was an avid collector of M&Ms, loved to draw/paint, covered bridges and classic cars. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family and vacationing at White Face Mountain and Outerbanks, NC.
