All too familiar with that phone call' that chganes your life, completely throws everything in the air to land where it will. Thank you for sharing, because actually talking, remembering and processing are way better than those dumb cards. My Dad told me, when something like this happened three years ago, Remember to process. And eat. Don't forget to eat. It's simple, but Dad's are always right.
