Joseph A. Barber, 32, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at Rochester General Hospital.

Friends and family are invited to call on Tuesday, October 28, from 10 AM to noon at Redeem Bethel Church, 4496 NY 104, Williamson, NY 14589. A funeral service will follow at noon. Burial will follow at Sodus Rural Cemetery, Route 88, Sodus.

Born in Sodus, July 27, 1993, Joseph was the son of the Kenneth J. Barber and Katherine M. Jones. He was known for his love of music and the Buffalo Bills. His voice brought joy to those around him, and his presence lit up every room he entered.

Joseph is survived by his children: Gabriella, Jayleeana, and Tyleeah Barber; his sisters Laquana, Chasity and Shawiqua Barber; his brothers Kenneth Jr. and Terrance Barber; his wife, Joann Sedore-Barber; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth J. Barber, and his brother, Kevin Jamel Barber.

Joseph will be remembered for his heart of gold, vibrant energy, his love for family, and the music he shared with the world. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
