Joseph D. Rotoli, 38, of Webster, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Friday February 13, 2026.

Joe was born on March 28, 1987, in Rochester to Mark and Cheryl Rotoli. From a young age, he was fascinated by the weather and loved spending time on the water boating and fishing. He graduated from Penfield High School and later earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business from the State University of New York at Oswego. Joe worked in media production at Mercury Productions, where his creativity and dedication were deeply valued.

Known for his kind and caring nature, Joe was always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed it. His gentle spirit and generosity will be remembered by all who knew him.

He is survived by his parents, Mark and Cheryl; his sister, Mary Rotoli, and her partner, Dan Caswell; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Friends and family are invited to call on Saturday, February 28, 2026, from 1 to 3 p.m. at Norton Funeral Home. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family in Sodus Rural Cemetery.
