Wolcott: Passed away on January 21st, age 75. An Eastman Kodak retiree, Bob was well known in the Wolcott area. Bob had a lifelong passion for the military, and was an active member of the 111th N.Y. Volunteer Infantry (Civil War Re-Enactors). He was a collector and dealer of military memorabilia. Bob and his wife Norman operated Stewart's Collectables on Main Street in Wolcott. Additionally, Bob was a member of the Lions Club. Bob is survived by his wife Norma; brother Bill; good friend Rodney Brown whom he had mentored; children Debra (Roy) Hrytzay, Daniel (Donna) Cushman, Denise (Robert) Marr, Frank (Diane) Cushman, Tracey (Jeff) Bruni; ten grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; many friends and associates. Visitation will be held on Sunday January 25th, 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Norton Funeral Home, 5925 New Hartford Street in Wolcott. Funeral Services for Bob will be 1 p.m. on Monday at the First Baptist Church, 6025 New Hartford Street in Wolcott. Spring interment will be at the North Wolcott Cemetery. The Stewart family has requested that memorials in Bob’s name be directed to the Lakeshore Volunteer Ambulance, 5841 New Hartford Street, Wolcott, NY 14590, or to the Wolcott Volunteer Fire Department, 6162 West Port Bay Road, Wolcott, NY 14590.
