Savannah: Passed away unexpectedly on Monday May 18th, age 61. Billy is survived by his mother Ruby; siblings Tracy, Terry and Scott; sons B.J. Washburn and Blake Dilwirth; several nieces and nephews. Billy was predeceased by his father William Washburn in 2005, and by his sister E. Janet Miles in 2015.
At Billy’s request there will be no visitation. A graveside committal will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday May 23rd at the Crusoe Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to either the Savannah Ambulance, or to the Savannah American Legion Post.
