Wolcott - Connie Ann Patt, 50, passed away peacefully at the Clifton Springs Hospital on Saturday, June 6, 2015. She was predeceased by her father, Gerome Schmidt. Connie is survived by her husband, M. Steven Patt, of seventeen years, her mother Sharon Harvey, and Judy Linke. Survived also by her children; Michael Scott Logan, James Ronald Logan, Tabitha Lynn Rigdon, Dina Ducic, Nicole Patt and Kristen Patt; her sisters Denise Schmidt and Sandy Schmidt; her grandchildren; Cameron Michael Logan, Breann Marie Logan, Braxton Avery Logan, Summer Logan, Joseph Logan, Dawn Rigdon, Gary Rigdon Jr., Max Rigdon, Jasmine Rigdon, Precious Rigdon, and Katie Rigdon. Connie was a very devoted wife and grandmother. She enjoyed NASCAR Racing, working with the public, and greatly enjoyed her Jack Russell terrier, Jack.
Visitation will be observed on Saturday, June 20, 2015 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. with a service immediately following at the Norton Funeral Home, 5925 New Hartford Street, Wolcott. Donations in Connie's memory may be sent to Finger Lakes Hematology & Oncology, PLLC,
