Phyllis Rusco, 89, of Wolcott passed away on September 21, 2016 at the Wayne County Nursing Home. She is survived by her loving husband of 71 years Raymond, Sr.; son Raymond Jr.; daughters Patty (Bob) Fowler, Kathy (Bob) Hebblethwaite, Sheree (Kim) Wright, Andrea (Mark) Heller; brother Lynn Skinkle; sister Mazie Lohrmann; 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She was also known as Grandma Rusco to the many children she cared for. By Phyllis’s request there will be no calling hours. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 27th, 2016 at 5PM the Faith United Methodist Church in Wolcott. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to any Alzheimer’s or Dementia Assocation in Phyllis’s name.
