Wolcott: Unexpectedly on Tuesday November 22, 2011, age 57. Todd is survived by his sons Erik (Lisa) Decker, Sgt U.S. Army Kurt (Elizabeth) Decker and Zachary (Kimberly) Decker; his father Marvin Decker; brothers Marvin “Kim” (Mary Jane) Decker and Murri (Sarah) Decker; sister Kelli Decker; grandchildren Leah, Emily, Addison, Joseph and Jude. Todd was predeceased by his wife Carol, and by his mother Lois.
Todd retired from the New York State Police after 23 years of service with the rank of Sergeant. He was a veteran of the Gulf War, having served with the U.S. Army at the rank of Captain. Todd previously served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Gathering, Saturday December 3rd, 12 noon at the Wolcott Fire Department, West Port Bay Road in Wolcott. The family requests that you bring a dish to pass.
