Evelyn L. Galek, age 70, passed away on Thursday, September 7, 2017 after a brief struggle with lung cancer. She is survived by her four daughters, Denise Galek of Lyons, Dawn (Jeff) Footer of Rochester, Deborah (William Downing) Galek of Sodus, NY and Donica (Erik) Robinson of Lisbon, five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no calling hours or funeral services at this time. Evelyn will return to where she was born and spent her childhood years. She will be laid to rest in Brooklyn, NY at a future date.
