Wolcott/Ozark, Alabama: Passed away on December 28, 2011 at age 78 in Ozark, Alabama. Roy was predeceased by longtime companion Joseph A. Bourque of Fitchburg, MA; and by brothers George and Bob Countryman. He is survived by his son Bradley (Deborah) Countryman; grandchildren Kaitlin, Abigail and Karen Countryman; three step-grandchildren; sister-in-law Beverly Countryman; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Monday (Jan 2nd) from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday (Jan 3rd) from 11-1 p.m. at the Norton Funeral Home, 5925 New Hartford Street in Wolcott. Roy’s funeral will be held at the conclusion of visitation. Interment with Military Honors will be held at the Huron Evergreen Cemetery.
