Obituary of Barbara J. Gay

Barbara passed away on April 25, 2018 at the Pines of Peace Comfort Home in Ontario, NY at the age of 69.  Barbara was predeceased by her husband, Robert.  Her parents, Harry and Leona Calus; sisters Dolores and Shirley; brother Jim.  Barb is survived by her loving son and daughter-in-law, Bruce and JoAnn and her precious grandchildren Aubrey and Declan.  Siblings, Donald (Sharon) Calus, Linda (Kevin) Wilson, Nancy (Gary) Weber, Richard (Kathleen) Calus, sister-in-law Helen Calus and brother-in-law Merton Goodale,  nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends and former co-workers and her beloved dog Kona.  A special thank you to her friend, Patty and to the wonderful staff at the Pines of Peace.

Barb worked for many years for Cornell Cooperative Extension in the 4-H division as well at Sarah Coventry in Newark.

There will be a memorial service for Barb on May 7, 2018 at 4:00pm at the Williamson Bible Baptist Church on Salmon Creek Road in Williamson.  In lieu of flowers please send any donations to Pines of Peace in Ontario NY. Arrangements entrusted to Norton Funeral Home, Sodus, NY.
