Marlene Quinones passed away on Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at the age of  85.  Marlene was predeceased by her husband of 62 years,  Mark A. Quinones in 2014. She is survived by daughters Roxane (Michael) Casey and Karen Decker. Marlene is also survived by brother Francis M. (Faye) Emerson of Clinton, MS, 2 granddaughters Marcella (Robert) Zappia of Japan, Melissa Middaugh of North Rose and her beloved dog “Boo”.

Marlene was born in Washington, DC and she retired in 1987 after working 20 plus years as a social work supervisor at Morris View Nursing Home in Morris Township, NJ.

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, May 11th from 4-7 pm at the Norton Funeral Home, 45 West Main Street, Sodus, NY where the funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 12th  at 10 am. Interment will follow at the Sodus Rural Cemetery. Marlene’s family has requested those who wish to, may send contributions in Marlene’s

memory to the Humane Society of Wayne County, 1475 County House Road, Lyons, NY 14489 or Lifetime Care Hospice, 800 West Miller Street, Suite #6, Newark, NY 14513. Condolences may be expressed online at www.hsnorton.com.
