Duane G. Frey, age 91. passed away on Friday, May 4, 2018 at the Wayne County Nursing Home in Lyons, NY. Duane is survived by his children; Gerry (Marie) of Webster, Ginny (Joe) Faria of San Geronimo, CA, grandchildren; Jessica Frey of Stockbridge, MA and Matthew Frey of Rochester along with a host of many other relatives and friends.

Duane proudly served in the US Navy during WWII. He was a lifetime member of the VFW Post in Sodus where he served as the Post Commander for 1 year and he also served as Wayne County Commander for 1 year.

To the staff at Wayne County Nursing Home: Thank you is not enough. You took care of our Dad as if he was your own. You certainly lived up to your calling.

Friends and relatives are invited to call on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 from 4pm- 7pm at the Norton Funeral Home, 45 W. Main St., Sodus, NY.
