Sodus: Passed away on Tuesday January 17, 2012, age 79. Hazel is survived by her children Robin (Robert) Scoville, Georgianna (David) Kelly, Paul (Lynn) Polochock, Ann Malchoff and Richard (Sue) Polochock; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister Betty (Jug) Husner; brothers Harold and Russell Johnson. Hazel was predeceased by husbands George Polochock and Richard Ferrin; sisters Wyona, Leona, Lena and Gloria; brothers George and Leon.
Visitation will be Friday, 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at Norton Funeral Home, 45 West Main Street, Sodus, where her funeral will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday. Interment will be at the Sodus Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Hazel may be directed to the Sodus Town Ambulance Corps, PO Box 344, Sodus, NY 14551.
