Obituary of George Lewis Bennett

Age 57, passed away on Sunday with loving family surrounding him. Services will be held on February 2, 2019 from 10am to 2pm at the Magee Fire Hall on Rte. 318, Seneca Falls, NY.

George was born in Lyons, NY on November 30th, 1961. He worked many years at Smith Family Farms. Then moving on to Reed’s Farm. He was also employed by the Town of Galen for 15 years. George also worked on and off over the years for A.N. Martin Systems.

He is survived by 2 children, MaryAnn Bennett of Clyde and Shawn (Stephanie) Bennett of Farmington; 2 grandsons, Dylan and Colby; father, Donald Bennett, Sr. of Clyde; siblings, Phyllis Harper of Clyde, Calvin (Lori) Bennett of Bath, Clifford (Penny) Bennett of Clyde, Tommy (Genie) Bennett of Clyde, Tina (Roy) Halstead of Clyde, Jay (Corie) Bennett of Seneca Falls, JoAnn (Rickie) Bennett of Clyde and Dana (Kim) Bennett of Lyons; several nieces and nephews, and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

George was predeceased by his mother, Nancy Bennett.
