Sodus: Passed away at home on Tuesday February 28th, at 69 years of age. Fred is survived by his wife of 48 years, Freda; his children Frederick James (Linda) Castle, Denise Keyes, and Thomas Richard (Beth) Castle; grandchildren Jered, Spencer, Abigail and Lillyanne Castle, Shawn and Maggie Keyes; siblings William (Sally) Castle of Ohio, Thomas (Cheryl) Castle of Sodus, Linda (Doug) DuBois of Sodus, Bob (Linda) Castle, Richard (Karen) Castle of Sodus, Francis Castle of Ontario, Bonnie (Robert) Raplee of Ontario, and James (Tracy) Castle of Palmyra.
Visitation will be held on Saturday March 3rd, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Norton Funeral Home, 45 West Main Street, Sodus. Fred’s funeral service will be held immediately following visitation. Interment will be at the Sodus Rural Cemetery.
