Obituary of Rayma M. White

Sodus: Rayma White entered into rest on January 30, 2011 at the age of 84. She is survived by her loving and devoted children, sons Robert (Marilyn) White of Sodus, Dale (Anita) White of Williamson, daughter Cindy Sawyer of Williamson, Brothers Clarence (Kathy) Bushey, Wilbur (Laura) Bushey, Sister, Bernadette Trumble, ten grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren. Rayma is predeased by her parents Paul and Ida Bushey, two sons Wayne and Dennis White of Sodus, and several sisters and brothers. During her long and exciting life Rayma was very passionate about her family. She was the “rock” of the White Family. She was a Xerox employee since 1965. She retired at the age of 62 to enjoy life with her family. She enjoyed camping, bowling and sitting around the bonfire in her back yard. A special thank you to Anita Cornelissen for the outstanding care and nurturing during her difficult battle with cancer. Friends and family are invited to call on Friday, February 4, 2011 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Norton Funeral Home, 45 Main Street, Sodus. A memorial service will immediately follow. A celebration of her life will take place at Captain Jack’s in Sodus Point after the service. Rayma will be remembered for being the loving, caring, wonderful person that she was.
