Manlius: Formerly of Wolcott, passed away on Tuesday February 8, 2011 at the age of 83 in Syracuse. June is survived by her children Patricia Evarts (Gary Wilson), Roberta Taber, Karen (Art) Drummond, Sharon (Don) Osborne, Barbara (Paul) Cannizzo and close family member Chere Poole; grandchildren Michael (Traci) Evarts, Jennifer Evarts (Frank DiGiovanni), Alicia Drummond, Alexis Drummond, Ean Osborne, Billy Gunger, James Gunger, Kaylee Cannizzo and Jessica Cannizzo; great-grandchildren Gentry, Nathaniel and Trinity; her sister Arlie (Jim) Casterline; and the many children and others whose lives she touched. June was predeceased by her parents Fred and Arlie Robinson, brother Frederick Robinson, daughter June Marie, and grandson Timothy Evarts.
Visitation will be Saturday February 12th, from 12 noon until 1 p.m. with her funeral service immediately following from the NORTON FUNERAL HOME, 5925 New Hartford Street, Wolcott. Interment will be at the Huron Evergreen Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the Activity Fund at the Iroquois Nursing Home in Jamesville, NY, or to a charity of one’s choice to honor June’s life.
