"Billy" Arvilla,
Remembering Howard..he was a character that would be hard to forget..after working with Howard for 25 yrs and getting to know him he will be sadly missed, but fondly remembered..he had a robust sense of Humor and always treated me with respect..he loved to practical jokes and had a hardly laugh. Howard was always willing to share his knowledge with you and had a "Good Heart" he was the 1st one to show concern when someone's child was ill and the 1st one to give if someone lost their child...his rough exterior gaurded his 'tender heart'...I found Howard to be an Honest Man as well as hard working...I for one will always remember Howard ..he will be sadly missed...Wes Doyle.
