Wolcott: Mary S. Minier, 86 years of age passed away peacefully at the Blossom View Nursing Home in Sodus on December 5th.
Mary was born in Sterling, NY on June 13, 1926. She was a graduate of Leavenworth Central School.
Mary was the loving wife of the late Howard W. Minier to whom she had been married to for 56 years. She was a devoted mother of Joanne M. Dirk and husband Charles of Norwell, MA, and Glen C. Minier and his wife Linda of Wolcott. She was a sister to the late Marcel Schram of Wolcott; cherished grandmother of two grandsons, Jeffrey S. Dirk of Tewksbury, MA and Christopher L. Dirk of Epping, NH; proud great-grandmother of Alexis, Erica, Catherine and Elisabeth.
No prior visitation. A Funeral Mass will be offered at 1 p.m. Saturday from St. Mary Magdalene Church in Wolcott. Interment will be at the Huron Evergreen Cemetery. Arr: Norton Funeral Home of Wolcott.
