North Rose: Originally from Malone, passed away on Tuesday February 12th at age 85. Thelma is survived by her daughter Kerry Rehman (Raymond Winter), and her canine companion Scooter. She is predeceased by her husband Calvin, infant daughter Nancy, brother Bernard Yaddow, and sister-in-law Dorothy Yaddow.
Thelma had worked for many years at Sarah Coventry in Newark, was owner of the Wagon Wheel in Alton, was a member of the Alton Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, was an active member of the Alton Free Methodist Church, and enjoyed watching birds at her numerous bird feeders.
Visitation will not be observed. A spring interment will take place at the Sand Hill Cemetery in Brushton, NY. Please check funeral home website for updates as to date and time of interment. Donations in memory of Thelma may be directed to the Alzheimer’s Association, 435 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14620; or to your local SPCA Organization. Arr: Norton Funeral Home of Sodus.
