Newark: Age 81, passed away at Clifton Springs Hospital & Clinic on Sunday, October 20th, 2019. He is survived by his partner, Barbara Barber of Newark; children, Paul Glen Harter of CO, Dorothy Harter of NV, Michelle Harter of VA, Parry Barber of Canandaigua and Philip Barber of Newark; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews; siblings, Ed Harter of N. Rose, David Harter of Lyons and Dawn Divelbiss of N. Rose.
At Paul’s request there will be no calling hours or services. Interment will be in Sodus Rural Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Norton Funeral Home. Condolences may be expressed at www.hsnorton.com
