Sodus: Age 95 on February 27, 2008 in DeBary, Florida. Sarah is survived by sisters Susie Herman and Alice Kotvis of Sodus; several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and a great grand niece. She was predeceased by husband, Kenneth Towne, on February 1, 1999.
An active member of the Grange for many years, she had been employed as a supervisor at the Sodus Fruit Farm prior to retirement. Interment will be in East Williamson Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to a charity of one’s choice.
