Obituary of Robert George Lippert

Wolcott: Age 72, passed away on November 5, 2020 at Newark Wayne Community Hospital. Robert was predeceased by his parents, Dorothy and Clifford Lippert; sister, Virginia Roome. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Patricia Lippert; daughters, Kimberly (Daniel) Mettler, Jennifer (Ahmet) Tavacioglu; grandchildren, Jeremy (Bridgette) Mettler, Cody (Ashley) Mettler, Dawson Mettler, Mariah Lewis, Burak (Zuleyha) Tavacioglu, Amine Tavacioglu, Ali Tavacioglu; great granddaughters, Yasemin Tavacioglu, Irelynn Kirby; great grandson, Gavin Kirby; his beloved cat, Whiskers; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.

Robert served in the US Army from 1968 – 1974; served in the Vietnam War here he received a purple heart. He worked for 29 years at the Gleason Works in Rochester, NY. He was a member of the Wolcott Elk’s Lodge #1763.

Friends and family are invited to call 2:00pm-4:00pm & 6:00pm-8:00pm Thursday November 12^th at the Norton Funeral Home, 5925 New Hartford St., Wolcott, NY 14590.
