Obituary of John Richard Paylor

Wolcott: Age 70, passed away unexpectedly on December 30, 2022, at his home in Wolcott, NY. John is survived by his loving wife, Gloria Paylor; four children, Travis (Tracy) Paylor of Clyde, NY, Shawn Paylor of Avon, NY, Cortney (Matthew) Wadsworth of Wolcott, NY, & McKenzie (Aaron Short) Paylor of Wolcott, NY; five grandchildren, Kylie, Jace, Madison & Riley Paylor and Reagan Wadsworth; two brothers and three sisters. John is predeceased by his parents, Clayton & Margaret Paylor.

John was a lifelong resident of Wolcott and owner of John Paylor Enterprises.

Friends and family are invited to call 11AM -1PM Thursday, January 5, 2023, at the Norton Funeral Home, 5925 New Hartford Street, Wolcott, NY. A memorial service will be held at the conclusion of calling hours with interment immediately following at the Butler Center Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held at the Wolcott American Legion, 10675 Ridge Road, Wolcott, NY following burial.
