Savannah: Passed away on Wednesday evening July 10, 2013, age 92 at the Huntington Living Center in Waterloo. Doris is survived by her children Janet (Alfred) Munson of Florida, Rebecca (Garry) Laird of Lock Berlin, Allen ‘Sonny’ (Patricia) Jack of Lyons and Arnold Jack of Savannah; 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband Austin Jack in 2006, daughter Patricia Jack, 7 brothers and sisters, and her parents.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday at the Norton Funeral Home, West Church Street in Savannah. Her funeral will be held following visitation. Graveside committal service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Crusoe Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Doris may be sent to the Savannah Fire Department, Salvation Army, or to the Alzheimer’s Association.
