Marjorie Huff-Leeson

Marjorie Leeson, 85, passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at Newark Wayne Community Hospital.

Marjorie was born Wednesday October 5th, 1938 in Auburn NY to the late Albert N. Huff and Mary E. Lammon. Nursing credentials was from Auburn Memorial Hospital. She had a fulfilling career spent at St. Ann’s Community nursing home in Rochester.

In her free time, Marjorie enjoyed camping, or being on the road camping with friends and family. She was lucky enough to have met many great people through her journeys and making many friendships along the way. Marjorie especially loved the road trips, she knew that the destination was not the only thing to appreciate, but to also practice gratitude for the journey between point A and B. A forever cherished memory for the family is her most recent and favorite journey Marjorie trekked with her husband was to Alaska.

She is survived by her husband William F. Leeson; her two daughters Mary Lou Mingle and Susan Bergenstock; her two sons David and Steve (Linda) Bergenstock; her sister Sally Aguilar; her brother Albert (Gail) Huff; her grandchildren John, Ashley and Matt, and several loved nieces, nephews and cousins.

Marjorie is preceded in death by her parents Albert N. Huff and Mary E. Lammon.
