Sodus: Passed away on October 3, 2013 at age 91. Alma was predeceased by her husband James in 1980; and son-in-law Larry House in 2011. She is survived by her daughters Judy (John) Konowitz, Kathy House and Nancy Baker; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; very close friends Doris Foti and Janet Reiss. Mrs. Walbourn had been employed for 31 years as a Medical Secretary at Myers Community Hospital in Sodus.
Family and friends are invited to call on Friday October 11th, from 12 – 2 p.m. at the Norton Funeral Home, 45 West Main Street in Sodus, where her funeral service will immediately follow. Interment at the family’s convenience will be at the Sodus Rural Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Alma’s name may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 435 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14620.
