Wolcott: Janet Kaltenborn, age 74, passes away on Monday February 24th. Janet is survived by her husband of 54 years Gerald; daughter Deborah Kaltenborn of Wolcott; sons Daniel (Donna) Kaltenborn of Liverpool, and Derek Kaltenborn of Wolcott; grandson Ryan; sister JoAnne (Doug) Venette of Red Creek; brothers James Kitchen of Sherburne, NY, and Dwight (Alice) Kitchen II of Pittsford; several nieces, nephews, and many friends. Visitation will be held on Friday February 28th from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Norton Funeral Home, 5925 New Hartford Street in Wolcott, where her funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. A reception will immediately follow at the Wolcott Elks Lodge, 6161 West Port Bay Road, Wolcott. A graveside service and interment will be at the Huron Evergreen Cemetery, Dutch Street Road Wolcott, on Saturday May 10th at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, Janet’s family has requested donations in her name be made to the Dawn & Jacques Lipson MD Cancer and Blood Cancer Center at Rochester General Hospital, 1425 Portland Avenue, Rochester, NY 14621.
