Sodus Point: Unexpectedly on Monday July 14th, age 63, at his residence in Sodus Point. Bob is survived by his wife Christine; daughter Petty Officer 1st Class (USN) Melissa Bach; son-in-law Master Chief (USCG) James Bach; sister Delores “Dee” (Paul) Batz of Ontario. Bob was predeceased by daughter Audra “Audi” in 1995, and by his parents Ralph and Doris Houck.
Family and friends are invited to call Friday evening (7/18) from 6-8 p.m. at the Norton Funeral Home, 45 West Main Street, Sodus, where his funeral service will be held at 8 p.m. Interment will be private. Contributions in memory of Bob may be directed to the Silverwaters Community Ambulance Service, or to the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation, 1660 L Street, NW, Suite 700, Washington, DC 20036.
