Obituary of Richard L. Carson

<p>Sodus: Passed away on Monday April 28<sup>th</sup> at age 87. Richard is survived by his wife of 61 years Dolores; daughter Cynthia (Les) Scheidt of Bozeman, Montana; son William (Shirley) Carson of Ontario; grandson James Carson; several nieces and nephews.</p>
<p>Dick retired from Gleason Works in Rochester following 33 years of employment. He was a member of Sodus Lodge #392 F&AM, was a long time member of the Frank B. Verschoot American Legion Post #910, and was a World War II veteran having served in the Army Air Corps.</p>
Visitation will be Saturday May 3<sup>rd</sup> from 11 – 1 at the Norton Funeral Home, 45 West Main Street in Sodus, where his funeral service will immediately follow. Interment with Military Honors will be at the Sodus Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation in his memory to St. John’s Episcopal Church, 54 West Main Street, Sodus, NY 14551.
