Sodus: Born on January 20, 1976, went to be with the Lord on December 5, 2014. Peggy is survived by her boyfriend Ronald Kuhn; her son Michael Rothfuss; mother Christine Gedney; sisters Connie (Thomas), Melissa and Lynwood Toor; brother James VanHoute Jr. (Amanda); grandparents Helen Gedney and Margaret VanHoute; aunts and uncles Ricky and Sharon VanHoute, Wayne and Sherri Gedney, Susan Gedney (Bob), Alfred and Patricia Roberts, Roy Gedney (Pam), William and Audrey Gedney, Sandra VanHoute; nephew Noah Foster; nieces Raven, Sarah and Emily VanHoute; cousins Nicole VanHoute, Ricky and Crystal VanHoute, Cathy and Andrew Mastowski, Summer VanCamp, Chad and Angela Roberts, Peter and Karen Mayo; special friends Sherry, Charlie, Charlie and Savannah Garner, Jimmy Penna (best fishing buddy). Peggy loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing were among her favorite sports, camo was her color. Peggy has touched the lives of many and will be missed. Visitation will be Saturday December 13th at Norton Funeral Home, 45 West Main Street, Sodus, from 10 – 12 & 2-3 with a funeral service following. Interment at the convenience of her family will be at Baptist Rural Cemetery.
