Wolcott: Passed away peacefully on Saturday March 7th surrounded by her loving family. Bev was a lifelong resident of Wolcott, NY. She retired in 2002 from the North Rose-Wolcott School District where she had been a school bus driver for 35 years.
Preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Gladys (Krusemark) Bower; Bev is survived by her children Jim (Alice) Early of Rose, and Karlene Early (Lisa Smith) of Rochester; cherished grandchildren Ryan and Rachel Early; sister to Hutch and MaryLou Bower; nieces and nephews David and Melinda Bower, Pam and Jerry Rounsville, Micky and Joe DeSain; other great nieces and nephews.
Bev’s family would like to offer a special thank you to the residents and staff of the Wayne County Nursing Home.
Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday March 12th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Norton Funeral Home, 5925 New Hartford in Wolcott where her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be directed to the Wayne County Nursing Home Foundation, 1529 Nye Road, Lyons, NY 14489.
