Wolcott: Called home to be with the Lord on Sunday March 15, 2015. A parishoner of the Catholic Community of the Blessed Trinity at St. Mary Magdalene in Wolcott, was a member of the Auxiliary of the Wolcott VFW, retired from Electromark, and had also worked for several local businesses and restaurants. Ethel is survived by daughters Sherry (Thomas) Clines of Woodbridge, VA, and Bonnie DeNeef of Wolcott; grandaughters Robin Reynolds of North Tonawanda, and Teri Reynolds of Syracuse; grandsons Matthew Clines of Arlington, VA, and Gregory Clines of Somerville, MA; many close friends. She is predecesased by husband Theodore; sons Kenneth and Millard; brothers Sidney and Garth Lawrence; son-in-law Abe DeNeef; and very special companion Harold “Bing” Burns. Visitation will be be held Thursday March 19th from 7-9 p.m. at the Norton Funeral Home, 5925 New Hartford Street in Wolcott. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m. Friday at St. Mary Magdalene Church in Wolcott. Interment will be this spring at St. Helen’s Cemetery in Chasm Falls, NY. Those wishing may offer memorial gifts to either the Humane Society of Wayne County, 1475 County House Road, Lyons, NY 14489, or to the Wolcott VFW Auxiliary, 13 West Main St., Wolcott, NY 14590.
