Sodus: Passed away on Thursday June 30th at age 87. Mildred is survived by her husband of 63 years William; sons William (Gail), Philip (Kris), and Peter; grandchildren Brigette, Tammy, Ashley and Glen; five great-grandchildren; and her sister Elsie Voight. Mildred was predeceased by brothers Harold and Peter Laurette.
Visitation will be Tuesday July 5th from 7-9 p.m. at the Norton Funeral Home, 45 West Main Street, Sodus. Her funeral service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday from the First United Presbyterian Church, 31 West Main Street in Sodus. Interment will follow at the Sodus Rural Cemetery. Contributions in memory of Mildred may be directed to the Sodus Town Ambulance Corps (STAC), or to the First United Presbyterian Church.
