Years have gone by since The Lord called you home, “Mom” Meneely. I still often think of you with love and admiration. Beautiful memories I hold in my heart forever. Truly, you were and continue to be an inspiration to me. Sending much love and hugs to you, “Dad”, and Aunt Eleanor in Heaven.

Mr. & Mrs. Meneely were our Sodus Class of 1961 Advisers. We have splendid memories of our Senior Trip with them to Washington D.C., Gettysburg, and New York City. We all posed in front of the Capitol for a panoramic photo. We boated around our Bay together at one reunion aboard the Rose Lumas out of Arney's Marina. Mrs. Meneely came to all the SCS musicals over the years where I got to greet her most recently. We were both honored a few years ago at Pultneyville's Gates Hall summer production for our past contributions to Gilbert & Sullivan light opera in the Dave Cooper years by Dave's niece Nan.
The Meneely's were an era unto themselves in Sodus, hosting many International Students as one of their community contributions. May family and friends be comforted by the love they gave, the fond memories they implanted on the hearts of so many, the perpetual ripples they created around the world that continue ongoing through those they touched.
May they now R.I.P. together...
