Wolcott: Passed away on Tuesday March 3rd, age 79 at the Florida Hospital in Avon Park, Florida. Hugh is survived by his wife Prudyann; children Stephen (Carol), Timothy (Diane), Jacquelene (Kevin) Perry; step-children Steven (Jackie) Bush, Leon (Deidre) Bush, Chris (Tricia) Bush; grandchildren Donald Amanda), Stephen (Cheryl), Suzanne, Kristen, William, Karl, Curtis, Marcedes, Jed, Tyler, Stephen, and Alex; step Grandchildren, Abby, Emily, and Alyssia; and 7 great grandchildren. Hugh was predeceased by his first wife, Joyce. Hugh was a former member of the Wolcott Rotary Club, a current member of the Wolcott Elks Lodge (B.P.O.E.), where he served for many years as Treasurer, and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Huron Evergreen Cemetery Association. Hugh was employed for over 30 years with the U.S. Postal Service, where he retired as Wolcott Postmaster in 1986. Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday, March 7th from 1 – 4 p.m. at the Colvin-Robertson-Norton Funeral Home, 5925 New Hartford Street in Wolcott. His funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. following visitation. Interment will be at Huron Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Hugh may be made to the Huron Presbyterian Church, c/o Betsy Meade, P.O. Box 138, North Rose, NY 14516
