Williamson/Rose: Passed away on Friday April 17th, at home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Lyons, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Ruth (Soule) Mertz. Jane is survived by her children, Douglas Bastian, Susan Bastian, Ann (Tom) Putnam and Mary Bastian (Jim Lapp); 11 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; her special companion Lucy; and many close friends. Jane was predeceased by her husband Robert Bastian and her brother William Mertz.
Family and friends are invited to call on Friday (April 24th) from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at
NORTON FUNERAL HOME, 45 West Main Street, Sodus. Jane’s Funeral Service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at the Funeral Home. Interment will be private. Memorials may be directed to American Pancreatic Association,
