Sodus: Marcia Gail Bouwens, born March 3, 1942 in Sodus, daughter of the late Abraham and Elizabeth Blankenberg Bouwens; sister of the late Helen June Hammond. She was a lifelong member of the First Reformed Church of Sodus; graduate of the Sodus Central School Class of 1960.
Marcia is survived by nieces Sharen (Robert) Perry of Ogden, UT, Laura (David) Grant of Roscoe, NY, nephew James Watrous of Mt. Morris, NY; close friends Donna Jordan and Joan English; great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday evening at the First Reformed Church in Sodus. Interment will be at Sunnyside Cemetery in Williamson. Memorial contributions in Marcia’s memory may be directed to the First Reformed Church of Sodus.
