Sodus Point: Passed peacefully on 8/31/11 at 66 years old surrounded by his family and friends. Survived by his beloved and devoted sister Nancy Karasinski and brother in-law Ken; special friend Tim Boisvert; Sister Arloa (Gordon) DeLyser; beloved nephews Jason (Claudia) Karasinski and Josh (Marie) Karasinski; niece Belinda York; great nieces and nephews Collin, Isabel, Mason, Gabby, Lizzie and Corey. He was also loved by close family members John, Sharon and John Thomas Weingartner. Reuben was a lifetime member of the Sodus Point Fire Department, joining in 1968, as well as having worked for General Motors for 23 years. Reuben was an avid outdoorsman; fisherman and hunter who especially loved ice fishing on Sodus Bay. Funeral services will be held on Saturday September 3rd, 11 a.m. at the Sodus Point United Methodist Church.
