Obituary of Delores Ann Wickman

Wolcott: Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on July 28, 2010. Delores, the daughter of the late Leon and Florence Allen, was born December 14, 1930 in Webster, NY. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Robert T. Wickman of Wolcott; as well as her children, Marion (Albert) Page, Debbie Henner (Rick Warrick), Victoria (Donald) Harter, Terry (Rosemary) Wickman, Kimberly (Clyde) Hunt, David (Nancy) Wickman, George (Penny) Wickman and Wayne Wickman. Delores was blessed with 17 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews. Delores was predeceased by her loving sons Robert Wickman in 1994 and Karl Wickman in 2007. Delores loved to crochet and assemble puzzles. She particularly enjoyed time in her flower gardens and leaves her family with fond memories of her efforts to attract hummingbirds to her yard. Delores was a ten year employee of Cadbury-Schweppes in Williamson, NY. Family and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service at 4 p.m. on Sunday, August 1st at the COLVIN-ROBERTSON-NORTON FUNERAL HOME, 5925 New Hartford Street in Wolcott. Interment will take place at the Huron Evergreen Cemetery immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Delores may be directed to Lifetime Care, 1120 South Main Street, Newark, NY 14513.
