Sodus: Passed away on August 17th at age 77. Don is survived by his wife Gladys; children, Kelly (Gary) Grey, Anthony Sammuel, Shawn (Bob) Hiles and Joseph (Candy) Hickey; 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and brother Patrick (Carol) Hickey; sisters-in-law Eleanor and Judy as well as his care givers at Blossom View Nursing Home. Don was predeceased by his parents Raymond and Katherine Hickey; son Donald Prindle; and his brothers Michael, Roger and Dennis.
Family and friends invited to call on Monday from 6-9 p.m. at NORTON FUNERAL HOME, 45 W. Main Street in Sodus. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at Church of the Epiphany in Sodus. Interment with Military Honors will be at the Sodus Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Don’s memory should be directed to either the Sodus Town Ambulance Corps, or to Finger Lakes Donor Recovery Network, Corporate Woods of Brighton, Building 30, Suite 220,
