Butler/Wolcott: Passed away on Monday October 4, 2010, age 74. Pete is survived by his wife of 50 years Patricia; children Karrie Rutherford, Michael (Susan) Densmore, Shirley (Bill) O’Leary, Barbara (Russell) Kuelling, David (Betsy) Agne, Dennis (Kathy) Agne; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; his mother Edith Densmore; sister Anne (Richard) Fero; several nephews and cousins. Peter was predeceased by his father Alvin Densmore, and stepdaughter Susan Boerman.
Pete was formerly Supervisor for the Town of Butler, and area farmer. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, was a story teller, an avid reader and history buff. A member of the Wolcott Elks, he was a Past Exalted Ruler.
Visitation will be held Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the COLVIN-ROBERTSON-NORTON FUNERAL HOME, 5925 New Hartford Street, Wolcott. Peter’s Funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday from the North Rose United Methodist Church. Interment will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at Oakwood Cemetery in Penfield. Contributions in memory of Peter may be directed to the North Rose United Methodist Church.
