Dick was truely a great man that I admired very much. He will be missed so much by those who knew him and most of all, I am sure, by his wonderful family. May each of you be comforted by all of the memories you share and the time you were able to spend with a husband, father and grandfather who was a model for all of us to follow. My heart is tuely heavy, but is lifted as I think of very fond memories having know Dick. I am sure during this Christmas season you will be together to share these. God Bless.

It has been my privilege to be a part of the Daiker family (a son-in-law; Beth's husband) for almost 30 years now. Dad Daiker was a man who loved the outdoors, loved the farm, loved Camp, but most of all loved his family. He was a faithful provider and a protector -- a great example for me.
When Beth and I were packing the car to leave for our honeymoon, he told me that if we ever needed help to let him know, AND if I ever hurt Beth, he would be coming after me. I believed him! We will all miss him greatly.
Mom Daiker, Diane, Beth, Alison, David, Gail -- may God's comfort and peace surround each one of you, and may good memories fill your heart and mind daily.

I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to Dick’s family. I had the pleasure of working for Dick back in the 1980’s at Xerox. He was a great manager and a good friend who always provided support to get the job done. I will never forget his warm and friendly smile. He will be missed.

Dear Jean and family,
Tom and I were sorry to read about Dick. I'll always remember Dick in the back yard pulling back that bow and standing there like Robin Hood himself, proud and strong, shooting arrows :) It seems like yesterday. We were all so young. We remember your new home and how from scratch you built a new life--a dream come true. God Bless all of you and may your wonderful memories help you through this difficult time. Stay in touch.
Hugs, Ginny and Tom
